User panel tickets

Best for subscription status, payment records, plan upgrades, traffic display, client imports, route connections and refund requests. Staying logged in helps verify account-linked information.

Tickets are handled in queue order. Replies and progress are recorded in the user panel, while response times vary by issue type and the information that needs to be checked.

No public email address is listed in the current official information, so this page does not provide an email contact. Send account, order and refund details through a user panel ticket instead of an external address that cannot be verified.

No response time is available for an email channel. If an official address becomes available, this site will display the current details.

BEFORE SUBMITTING

Troubleshoot Before Opening a Ticket

A few quick checks can reduce follow-up questions and help locate the affected part of the connection faster.

What should I include if one route fails to connect?
Include the platform, region and city shown in the client, route type, error message and the result after switching to another route. If other routes connect successfully, mention that too.
What should I do if the user panel has not updated after payment?
Refresh the user panel first and check the order record. If it still has not changed, provide the order status and payment method in a ticket. VPNRK supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required; a username and password are enough. Keep your login details safe so you can continue viewing your subscription and tickets.
Can I send my subscription URL directly in a ticket?
Pasting the full subscription URL is not recommended. Support verifies issues using the account and order status in your user panel; provide additional information only as requested in the ticket.
Why not promise a fixed response time?
Subscription status, payment records, client imports and route faults require different checks. Tickets are handled in queue order, and progress and replies are recorded in the user panel.
