Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNRK. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using a route, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of them, they must stop using the service. Before placing an order, users should check the plan, traffic allowance, platform support, and applicable use cases, then choose according to their needs.

Service Content and Coverage

VPNRK provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 210+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan activation, subscription delivery, route connections, and related usage guidance. The routes, protocols, and client access points currently available are those shown in the user panel.

Routes are intended to improve network paths for cross-border access and visits to international websites. Connection performance may be affected by the user's location network, carrier routing, device environment, target service status, and route scheduling. VPNRK may adjust route entry points, connection methods, and service configurations for maintenance, security, or operational needs, but this will not change the traffic benefits stated in a purchased plan.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials and subscription information secure and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials are exposed or subscription information is used without authorization, users should change their password promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.

Plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, but are for use by the account holder on devices they manage themselves. Accounts, subscription links, and route access must not be publicly shared, rented, resold, brokered, or redistributed as part of another commercial service. Users must not make concentrated automated requests to routes or continuously consume service resources through abnormal connection activity in a way that affects others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the difference for an upgrade is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and do not expire. Users should check the plan type before confirming an order. Unused traffic caused by device settings, target service rules, or personal usage arrangements is not automatically converted into other benefits.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that their network access activities are lawful. Users must not use VPNRK to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, send malicious traffic, or engage in other unlawful activities.

Users must not probe, attack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the servers, website, user panel, or related infrastructure of this service. They must not circumvent normal account, traffic, or access controls. Third-party websites and applications have their own rules of use, which users must also follow when accessing them. VPNRK does not represent any third-party service and does not control its content, policies, or availability.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNRK carries out necessary maintenance on routes and service systems and schedules routing based on network conditions. Planned maintenance, temporary failures, carrier routing changes, device configurations, third-party service adjustments, or events beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary unavailability in some regions. Once service is restored, users can select another route or re-import their subscription configuration.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNRK is not responsible for the content, account status, regional policies, or business continuity of third-party websites, nor does it guarantee that a particular route will always suit every purpose. Users should back up important configurations and materials and confirm their current connection status before carrying out important operations. No limitation of liability excludes responsibilities that cannot be limited or waived by law.

Suspension and Termination

If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, uses the service for unlawful activities, harms infrastructure operations, or disrupts other users' connections, VPNRK may restrict route access, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the impact. To protect the system and other users, urgent risks may be handled first; where conditions permit, the relevant status will be shown in the user panel.

Plan expiration, exhausted traffic, or a user's voluntary decision to stop using the service does not affect orders or account records already created. After account termination, users must not continue accessing routes with the original subscription information. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Changes and Applicability

VPNRK may revise these terms in response to changes in service content, operating methods, or compliance requirements. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes involving account use, subscription benefits, or liability scope will be highlighted in a visible manner on the site. Continued use of the updated service indicates acceptance of the revisions.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy together form the rules for using VPNRK. If a dedicated page provides more specific information about a matter, that page takes precedence; all other matters are handled under these terms and applicable law. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
