Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNRK handles data while providing subscription services, international routes, and site features. Data processing is limited to account management, order delivery, service maintenance, and necessary security measures. Please read the following before using the service.

Account Data and Collection Purposes

VPNRK registration does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. The service therefore does not ask users to submit a registration email. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, account status, subscription status, and traffic usage to authenticate users, display available services, apply plan rules, and prevent unauthorized account activity.

After a subscription or traffic package is purchased, the system stores the order number, selected item, amount due and amount paid, payment status, creation time, and refund status. These records are used to confirm payment, deliver subscriptions, reconcile accounts, handle refund requests, and resolve order disputes. Passwords should not be submitted again in tickets or other public content.

Site Analytics and Logging Principles

The site may process page visits, browser type, device category, referring page, and basic request information to determine whether pages open correctly, fix compatibility issues, and summarize site usage trends. Analytics are used to maintain the site and are not used to build profiles of users’ cross-border access activity.

VPNRK follows a no-logs principle: it does not record which websites users visit or retain web content, communications, DNS queries, or destination service lists transmitted through international routes. To verify subscription status, calculate traffic allowances, and troubleshoot faults, the system may process necessary account status and aggregated traffic information; this is not the same as recording browsing content.

Temporary technical information generated during connection troubleshooting is processed only as needed to identify the current issue, then deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting is complete. Users should not paste complete subscription URLs, passwords, or unrelated private content into tickets.

Cookies and Local Storage

The site and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary security status. They help maintain login sessions, restore page settings, and reduce repeated actions; they are not used to record websites accessed through VPNRK.

Users can clear related data through their browser settings. After clearing it, the login session and saved preferences may expire, requiring users to log in again or select settings again. Blocking storage items required to maintain a session may prevent the account panel from completing authentication normally.

Order Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNRK supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service or network, which may collect information needed to complete the transaction under its own rules. VPNRK receives payment results and necessary transaction identifiers to confirm orders, but does not directly control data processing on third-party payment pages.

Before using a specific payment method, users should also review that service’s privacy rules. Order records are linked to accounts to deliver services, verify payment status, and process eligible refunds. VPNRK does not use payment records to create user profiles unrelated to order fulfillment.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and payment results are kept for the period needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet necessary accounting requirements. Site analytics are aggregated or de-identified as needed for maintenance; data that is no longer needed for business or compliance purposes will be deleted.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a ticket. VPNRK will verify the account associated with the request and process it without affecting outstanding orders, refund processing, dispute resolution, or necessary recordkeeping obligations. Deleting an account may also make subscription information, panel records, and related service access unavailable.

When this privacy policy changes, the revised content will be published on this page and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes involving data types, processing purposes, or user rights will be explained in an appropriate location on the site or user panel. Users are advised to review this page regularly before continuing to use the service.
